At The Hustle Wig, we want you to feel confident in your style; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with lace intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, wigs that have been cut, glued, or chemically treated cannot be accepted for return.

Initiate Your Request

Email our support team with your order number and photos of the wig's lace and interior cap to verify its original condition.

Receive Authorization

Once your request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.

Pack and Ship

Securely place the wig in its original packaging and include the RMA slip; customers are responsible for using a trackable shipping service.

Quality Inspection & Refund

After our stylists inspect the unit to ensure the lace is uncut and the hair is unaltered, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
